Hotel Casa Del Mar Wedding | Lindsay & Joel

Lindsay and Joel’s wedding at Hotel Casa del Mar was incredibly special and I’m so grateful to have been a part of it.  Lindsay, Joel, their families and friends are all so wonderful and the love between Lindsay and Joel was felt by all who witnessed their special day.  I just love the ballroom at Hotel Casa del Mar so did Lindsay and Joel. In fact, they loved it so much they decided to have both their ceremony and reception in the ballroom. We had just an hour and a half to turn the room over, but Shawna Yamamoto and her team knocked this one out of the park. Shine Lighting did an incredible job setting the romantic tone of the evening with an impeccable lighting job. The ceremony was bursting with romance and Lindsay looked absolutely gorgeous in her Liancarlo wedding gown.  Following the ceremony, guests enjoyed cocktail hour in the foyer, while Shawna and her team transformed the ballroom into the reception space that dreams are made of.  The mirrored tabletops were adorned with lush centerpieces, ample candlelight, ornate blush chargers from Casa De Perrin and rented gold flatware – all of which worked perfectly with the existing minty blue walls in the ballroom.  Everywhere you looked, there was candlelight – even the white baby grand piano was adorned with candelabras and an array of votives.  There wasn’t a single detail overlooked! The seven-tier cake from The Butter End was absolutely breathtaking and I love the sweet capture of our two lovebirds cutting into it by Jana Williams.  It was such a magical day and I’m so honored to have been a part of it.  Congratulations to Lindsay and Joel!
