Montage Laguna Beach 1st Birthday | Charles

Charles' "Under The Sea" themed first birthday party at Montage Laguna Beach was overflowing with the most darling details! I just love a good theme and Shawna Yamamoto's team knocked this one out of the park!  The adorable backdrop with "bubbles" made out of balloons and cut out letters spelling out Charles' name was a great way to showcase the incredible dessert display.  Paper Street Cake created a three tier masterpiece of a cake adorned with all of our favorite ocean animals, sea creature cookies and yummy custom donuts that everyone loved!  Macaroons from Kayla's Cake completed this sweets table that both the kids and adults alike enjoyed.  The "Under The Sea" theme was continued into the tabletop design, with Shawna Yamamoto's team creating lovely blue centerpieces comprised of blue hydrangea and lot of leafy greenery that were perfectly accented with live goldfish swimming around in bowls! It was so much fun to see all of these details come to life.  And of course, no kids birthday party is complete without fun and games and Shawna's team came up with some fabulous ideas like balloon darts and bottle toss. Guests enjoyed the delicious food prepared by Montage, while soaking up the sunshine with the gorgeous ocean view and listening to tunes from Elevated Pulse.  As you can see from Cavin Elizabeth's wonderful photos, fun was had by all and it was such a joy to be a part of it!  Happy Birthday again to Charles!
