Montage Laguna Beach | Alexandra and Rocco
Planning a wedding across the country is never easy but when the Bride has an amazing Mom that knows her taste and style, it the best kind of support system one can have. People always assume its the Bride we work with and sometimes the Groom chimes in, mostly on music and food. For Alex and Rocco’s wedding we were blessed to work with the most amazing lady, Mother of the Bride. She is a career women herself, planned hundreds of events and parties and knew how to entertain. No detail was overlooked. She sat through every vendor meeting with us to explore colors and textures and diligently reported back to her daughter. I loved getting the feedback and exploring more options and refining each selection. It’s the first time I didn’t get to meet the bride till the Rehearsal and I knew, she was going to be a Gem. So sweet and elegant, like her mom. I just wanted to spend more time with her. It’s these relationships we value so much and are so blessed to get to work with families like this. Take a look at what we created for their special day, a room full of beautiful tall centerpieces, with mirrored tables, gold chairs and spectacular lighting. The white dance floor and carpet gave us the clean foundation we needed as the carpet had hues of blue green and brown. The Head table backdrop with acrylic hand painted gold panels also showcased the wedding cake. We brought in an array of mini desserts and presented Italian candies to pay homage to the groom’s heritage. After the 12 Piece band ended the dinner set, we extended the night with an Armenian DJ, in honor of the Bride’s family as they knew their guests would dance the night away!
