The Honest Company Turns 2!
The Honest Company is an eco-friendly, organic company that produces healthy and sustainable products for your home, your kids, and your life! We were so happy to be able to celebrate the 2nd anniversary of The Honest Company with the founders, Jessica Alba and Christopher Gavigan, as well as mommy bloggers from all over Southern California!Photos courtesy of John & Joseph PhotographyWorking on this event with Fayaz from Bloom Box Designs was so fun because it wasn't your typical event! We were able to use the brands colors and organic feel to create a environment that was FUN! What was so great was we had such a great space to work with from the get go at The Honest Company headquarters in Santa Monica.As we all know, social media is huge! And no one knows that more than our mommy blogger attendees! Throughout the event we had signage that doubled as decor and a reminder for people to hashtag the event!The hand strung streamers are confetti filled oversized balloons made for one awesome ceiling treatment that really transformed the space from a work environment to a party feel! Huge shout out to Rachel from Rachel Jane Couture for the gigantic paper constructed wooden "2".Not only was this party darling, there was amazing food! This adorable cake from Cakes by Rumy completely embodies The Honest Company! And it was yummy too. Speaking of yummy, Good Gracious Events catered the event and provided a delectable variety of food from gluten-free veggie stir fry noodles to chicken sliders and lentil sloppy joes! Delicious, healthy, and organic.We continued the theme of the paper flowers and created a wall covered in them which was used as the backdrop to our photo booth! The guests had so much fun with the photo booth thanks to Light and Lens! They were able to directly upload to instagram, Facebook, and twitter using an iPad from Light and Lens and use the #honestturns2 to create a buzz on social media!When guests arrived, they were greeted and handed this Honest tote bag. In the tote bag was a card that read "Tips in twos" for living a more honest and healthy life! Once guests entered the party they were able to browse through all of the products The Honest Company has to offer, and were even able to stock their tote bags full of products from our product bar for them to try for themselves! What better way to get familiar with a brand then to try it first hand?After many tasty options to choose from for savory treats, guests had a slew of options to satisfy their sweet tooth as well! Along with our cake, we had mini apple pies, smores bites, french macarons, berry custard tarts, and much more! We also had a beignet station provided by The Beignet Truck where the guests could watch the beignet making process... and of course eat them!We want to thank The Honest Company for trusting us to produce a great party for the 2nd birthday of this fantastic company. We had so much fun in the process and seeing it come to fruition the day of. Cheers to many more Honest birthday parties in the future!
