Shady Canyon Golf Club Wedding | Morgan and Collin
It was such an honor to plan Morgan and Collin’s wedding at Shady Canyon Golf Club. They currently live in Texas, so we had the pleasure of doing much of the planning with Morgan’s sweet mom Pam locally and bride Morgan long distance from afar. We had so much fun with these two and we already miss our daily chats! On to the wedding… Morgan was a vision of beauty in her Pronovias wedding gown with classically beautiful hair and makeup by Heidi Marie Garrett and Kacee Geoffroy and certainly took Collin’s breath away during their first look beautifully capture by The Grovers. After the first look and photos with the wedding party, the group made their way to Mariner’s Church for the ceremony. There was not a dry eye in the house and everyone cheered with joy when Morgan and Collin were pronounced husband and wife. Following the ceremony, guests headed to Shady Canyon Golf Club for cocktails, dinner and dancing. “Texas Margaritas” were flowing, along with delicious hors oeuvres that everyone enjoyed at Cocktail Hour. The reception lawn was absolutely breathtaking. Holly Flora did such a beautiful job creating the lush, garden vision Morgan had envisioned and AK Johnston added a touch of glamour with their chandeliers hanging above the dance floor. Special thanks to Signature Party Rentals and Chiavari Chair Rentals for providing all of the other rental items and tying the look together. Luxe paper goods from River & Bridge were incorporated all throughout the design, including the custom monogram that was even on the cake by All About the Cake. The cake wasn’t the only sweet treat for the guests to enjoy – there was a gorgeous coffee and chocolate station (See’s is a family favorite!) that had delectable desserts displayed on vintage trays from Etablir Shop. There were so many gorgeous details everywhere you looked and the guests were absolutely wowed when they entered the lawn area. And not only was this a stunningly beautiful reception, but so much fun as well! So many heartfelt toasts were made, illustrating just how much Morgan and Collin are loved and supported. Guests danced the night away beneath the stars with West Coast Music and then sent the newlyweds off in their classic car. Many thanks to the incredible team of vendors who made this day possible and thanks to The Grovers and Artisan Productions for capturing the beauty of this day for Morgan, Collin and their special families. We adore them and wish them a lifetime of happiness, love and laughter.
