The Resort at Pelican Hill Wedding | Jordan & Parker
It was an absolute pleasure to coordinate Jordan and Parker’s wedding weekend! I had so much fun planning with these two and their families and the fact that it was a destination wedding weekend for them made it even more special.Rehearsal Dinner at Fig & Olive: Jordan and Parker’s rehearsal dinner was such a lovely evening the night before their wedding. Not only does Fig & Olive have delicious food and an incredible beverage selection, but it’s a truly gorgeous space to host events for all occasions. The dinner was held in the White Room and we opted for simple, yet vibrant yellow tulip centerpieces. They were the perfect addition to pop against the existing all white elements of the room and made a bold statement. Fayaz of Bloom Box Designs did an incredible job with this chic design and special thanks to Heather from River & Bridge for the perfect menu cards to complement the decor. Guests enjoyed delicious food and drinks, while listening to heartwarming toasts and well wishes for the soon-to-be Mr. & Mrs.!Wedding Ceremony & Reception at The Resort at Pelican Hill: Jordan and Parker had a picturesque Orange County day on their wedding day. Jordan was a vision of radiant beauty and her lush bouquet of peonies is one of my all-time favorites! Jordan’s beautiful bridesmaids each wore a different style blush gown that were complemented with the sweetest bouquets comprised of roses and jasmine vine. Jordan and Parker opted not to do a first look and the sweet anticipation on their faces leading up to the ceremony is so beautiful. There was not a dry eye in the crowd as Jordan walked down the aisle with her father towards the love of her life and the sweet emotion on Parker’s face says it all. Fayaz from Bloom Box Designs did an amazing job on the design and execution of this incredible production. The ceremony décor was breathtaking with lush cherry blossom trees surrounding the rotunda, along with three hanging crystal chandeliers that added the perfect touch of sparkle to the ceremony. The aisle was flanked with tables adorned with blue chinoiserie vases and urns filled with varying lush white blooms including tulips, hydrangea and delphinium. Following the ceremony, guests enjoyed cocktails and hors d’oeuvres on the terrace while enjoying the gorgeous sunset over the Pacific Ocean. Guests then made their way to dinner on the terrace that Fayaz and his team at Bloom Box completely transformed. It was pure romance with lush white blooms everywhere you looked and the glow from the candlelight against the night sky was jaw-dropping. After dinner, everyone moved upstairs into the Mar Vista ballroom to keep the party going and dance the night away. Gorgeous lounge vignettes, luxurious bars and of course, the “love” bar sign created a fun and chic atmosphere that definitely wowed all of the guests. I’m so grateful to have been a part of this wonderful weekend full of love for Jordan and Parker.
