Was so excited to get these photos….as Katie and Clark and their wedding party were such an enthusiastic group. As you can see in the photos, the wedding party had great energy. The flower girl was so adorable with her floral wand, created by Nisie’s Enchanted Florist. I loved the happy yellow and green flower combination, perfect representation of the couple’s personality and suited the ballrooms warm butter walls. The addition of succulents in the centerpieces was perfect as it’s an item frequently found at the resort. They wanted to compliment the space as much as possible.  The quality food at Pelican Resort was a huge priority for them, in addition to all the guests having a great time. They didn’t want to focus on frivolous things and focused on friends and family. They did most of their photos before the ceremony so they could spend time with guests during cocktail hour.

In the wedding, I have to say, I heard some of the best TOASTS of all time….and after every toast, our Details Details assistants said, wow, they didn’t have video to record it! bummer….

I was so excited to finally work with Nicol from Alyssa Nicol Photography. She’s got this great spirit and there is a calmness about her, easy breezy and her pictures tell such great stories.  Loved the photo of Clark reaching for Katie for a kiss!
