Holiday Wreaths

The holiday season is my absolute favorite time of year.  I love the spirit & all the holiday decor! I think that our office has truly fallen in love with Etsy, since we cannot stop looking at all of the fun finds!  Here is another great one, perfect for this season.  Etsy seller, KnockKnocking, has created wonderful holiday wreaths that are so festive you will love looking at the collection.  All wreaths are handmade with different color yarn and unique additional touches.  This is a cheery way to bring warmth to your home!

Niki’s Dresses

I LOVE LOVE the dresses in this wedding, I could not wear them myself, but it was prefect for Niki’s petite figure.  For those that are not familiar with the rituals of a Chinese bride….outfit changes are important.  And not just once but a few times.. we started off the day in the gorgeous and ever so long gown (I think this train is the longest I have ever carried)

My favorite shot was after she sat down for dinner, I wanted to make sure the servers knew her dress was in the aisle and not to step on it as I couldn’t push it any closer to her seat. Then Niki changed into the cocktail dress, the fairy like dress, soft delicate and another long train.  Back to the wedding gown for grand entrance and then into party dress, the lucky red, but glamorous gown.  And sorry brides, all gorgeous dresses were purchased in Hong Kong so no designer names to share.

Sherry & Larry – Oh so Pretty

Throughout the day, Erwin laughed at me as I kept saying the words, “so pretty”. Not sure if it was the soft creamy colors of the flowers or my every so often glance out towards the Pacific Ocean, or Sherry looking graceful and serene in her Jenny Lee gown. Probably the latter! I was so honored to be the coordinator for Sherry and Larry’s wedding at the Resort at Pelican Hill. I have known Sherry since college, UCI days. We even had the same job during college. Although Sherry is a hottie, she is also a brainiack. She went onto Law School, and now marrying another lawyer, who she actually knew in high school.

They gave out coaster party favors, that had law symbols on it for people to remember the dynamic duo. The oh so talented Sunny of White Lilac put together the classic and elegant floral arrangements. Margaret from Mimio Papers in Pasadena, created beautiful ivory invitations with light pink and gold embellishments. And one of my favorite bands of all time, James Gang had the group dancing all night long. Thanks Erwin for putting up with my pretty comments all day…and my favorite shot of Larry and Sherry, dead center in blog. Timeless, they looked so happy.
