No more Harry and Davids, just buy me Macarons
I am in love, again…other than cupcakes, I can’t get enough of macarons, especially these from Paulette’s in Beverly Hills. My favorite is pistachio and grapefruit and of course sweet wedding almond.
Paulette’s unique macarons are hand-made daily in her everly Hills bakery. Working with master pastry chef Christophe Michalak, they’ve dedicated themselves to creating a new and original take on this Parisian specialty. The store is delightful; a luminous contemporary atmosphere that features a kaleidoscope of vivid colors and delectable tastes. (Ok, didn’t really write that but took it off their site) Visit this modern day sweets shop. Can’t make it to LA, order online.

I discovered this shop when visiting my aunt in BH. These are the BEST macarons in LA County, although Jin’s Patisserie’s come very close.

The carmel is to DIE for!! I love Paulette’s as well. Dying for them to be boxed into twosies and used as favors!
