Bridal Combs & Hairpins

If you want to add extra glamour to your hair add a bridal comb or hairpin. Just a simple touch of crystals and pearls makes the bride look so lovely! I found these bridal accessories by Naugi-Bridal Tiaras & Jewelry, and I love the way they design their hair pieces. They also make beautiful jewelry for brides and bridal parties.

Chi & Luis

What a beautiful day this was…..I just love coordinating luncheon events and we had such a fabulous time in the Pavilion Room at the Ritz Carlton, Laguna Niguel. I wish more clients were interested in having a luncheon wedding because there’s such great energy that happens during the daytime and you capture such beautiful lighting throughout the reception location. I have such fond memories of our wedding couple, Chi and Luis. Michelle, Jim Kennedy Photography, captured some great moments of the two of them and how much love they have for each other. Our bride had a strong passion for the color pink…..as you can see throughout her décor elements. Just gorgeous!

Megan and Kyle Same Day Edit

Julie of Elysium writes: Check out this amazing wedding!! The combination of Christopher Aldama’s stunning design and the beautiful venue of Pelican Hill made this event over the top gorgeous! And i’m a little bit biased because I LOVED the colors!! Everything about this wedding was super cool. Just wait until the full Arthouse is edited because we couldn’t fit in all the shots of the details in this SDE! There were too many!

Megan and Kyle were super fun to work with!  After the SDE was shown on plasma screens, we moved into the After Party which also had killer decor. I’m sure Victor will post the photos soon on his blog. Wait till you see them! The couple truly enjoyed themselves the whole day and were just so happy to be married. It was quite moving!

All in all it was a fabulous day with a fabulous couple. Congrats you two!!

Lace Veils

The classic bride accessory, the veil, is always a great touch to the bride’s wedding day look. I think veils are so beautiful and classy, and Erica Koesler makes great ones! Erica’s veils come in all different styles and lengths, that if you are looking for the perfect veil for you, she makes it! It always seems that a veil adds an element of elegance to any bride.

Not your every day votives

Tealights and voltive candle holders add romance in any area.  I love all the different looks of the tealights and voltive candel holders off of Luna Bazaar’s website.  Luna Bazaar has numerous candel holders that are great for weddings, along with any other decoration you could think of!  You have to visit this website if you are looking for some decor to add to your wedding!

Jessi and Chris, Part II Tea Ceremony

Being able to incorporate your culture/heritage in your wedding is always beautiful. Jessi and Chris had a traditional but somewhat modern Chinese tea ceremony.  Chris and the boys had to make “offerings” (red envelopes) to the bride’s sister, family in order to have Jessi’s hand in marriage. Chris must also complete set of tasks, in this case, get through security to knock on door, eat what ever was given to him (one pepper made Chris cry) name that tune and sing it, (was hard as it was in Cantonese, a dialect Chris) did not know…but luckily his groomsmen were there to help and word puzzle of favorite Jessi’s favorite lines...i.e. “Let Me Sleep on it”  Best part that I see in this tradition, is the gorgeous dress the bride gets to wear…..and Jessi found amazing sexy shoes!  More wedding photos soon…
